Galletas Navideñas para el Café -Sin Azúcar, Fáciles y Deliciosas!
❤ RECETA Para 8-10 Galletas grandes y gruesas - Palma de la mano
-170 g de Avena molida o Harina integral
-80 g de Almendras molidas o más avena *Si añades más avena ajunta la cantidad de leche y pon una o dos cdas más para conseguir la textura.
-1 cdta Polvo para hornear
-1-4 cdas de endulzante *Yo puse solo 1 porque le añadí fruta deshidratada.
-50 g de mantequilla o 35 g de aceite de coco
-50 g de Yogurt natural o 50 ml de leche o bebida vegetal
-1 cda de leche o bebida vegetal *Segun la Harina que utilices puedes que tengas que añadir más líquido, así que añade de cda en cda y checa la textura.
-1 huevo o 3 cdas extra de leche
-50 g Frutas deshidratadas mixtas o pasas
😋 Para decorar
-Más frutas deshidratadas
-Huevo batido con una cdas de leche
-50 g de Chocolate blanco con o sin azúcar *Opcional
🔥 Horno Precalentado a 180ºc por 12-15 min o hasta que la superficie se vea doradita.
