Ihr Aufstieg zur Macht
Frankreich ist zerissen. Nach der ersten Runde der Parlamentswahlen zeigt sich, dass die politischen Ränder stärker werden, während die politische Mitte nach und nach an Rückhalt verliert. Ein Befund, der wohl in vielen Ländern zutrifft. In Frankreich lässt sich aber exemplarisch ablesen, wie es zu dieser Entwicklung gekommen ist.Vor allem an zwei Personen lässt sich die politische Entwicklung in Frankreich festmachen. Da ist zum einen Ministerpräsident Emmanuel Macron, der nach einer Wahlschlappe bei der Europawahl einfach mal das Parlament auflöste. Warum? So ganz genau weiß es niemand, vermutlich weil er schlicht bockig war. Wie kann es das Volk auch wagen, seinem Sonnenkönig nicht zu huldigen?!
Vielleicht hat er sich auch schlicht verschätzt und wollte nicht sehen, wie stark die politischen Ränder geworden sind. Und vor allem: Marine le Pen. Sie ist die starke Frau hinter der rechtsnationalen Partei Rassemblement National. Seit vielen Jahren führt sie die ehemals stramm rechte Partei Stück für Stück in die Mitte der Gesellschaft. Die erste Runde der Wahl ging klar an sie. Jetzt steht die entscheidende zweite Runde an. Rückt die zweitgrößte Wirtschaftsmacht in der EU auch nach rechts? Was heißt das für uns und die EU? Und warum sind die Menschen in Frankreich so unzufrieden? Das schauen wir uns in diesem Video an.
