JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Ketua DPR Puan Maharani menyinggung fenomena no viral no justice, dalam pidato rapat paripurna penutupan masa sidang ke-5 DPR 2023-2024.Puan menyebut rakyat akan memviralkan masalah yang dialami di media sosial saat negara dirasa tidak hadir membantu.
"Rakyat semakin membutuhkan kehadiran negara ketika negara terlambat atau dirasakan tidak merespons, bagaimana seharusnya maka rakyat mengambil inisiatifnya sendiri yang saat ini dilakukan dengan memviralkan di media sosial no viral no justice," kata Puan dalam pidatonya, Kamis (11/7/2024).
Puan berharap DPR sebagai pengemban amanah rakyat bisa membantu permasalahan publik yang disuarakan.
"Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi kita, rakyat telah mempercayakan kekuasaan negara dilaksanakan oleh eksekutif. legislatif dan yudikatif. Saatnya bagi lembaga kekuasaan negara tersebut menjalankannya secara efektif untuk menangani urusan-urusan rakyat ," kata Puan.
