DPR Ungkap Kasus Beras Oplosan Dinilai Telah Penuhi Bukti Permulaan Cukup untuk Diproses Hukum

Ia menilai bukti awal sudah cukup untuk membawa perkara ini ke penyidikan.
Menurut Alex, pengungkapan praktik ini dilakukan secara resmi dan lintas sektor.
Investigasi dilakukan Kementan bersama Satgas Pangan, Kejaksaan, Polri, dan Badan Pangan Nasional di 10 provinsi.
Sebanyak 268 merek beras diuji di 13 laboratorium terakreditasi.
Hasilnya, 212 merek dinyatakan bermasalah.
Dari jumlah itu, sebagian besar beras premium tidak memenuhi standar mutu, dijual di atas Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET), serta beratnya tidak sesuai label kemasan.
Alex mengingatkan agar penegakan hukum dilakukan secara adil.
Ia juga mendorong adanya klasifikasi pelanggaran secara transparan agar publik mengetahui sejauh mana pelanggaran yang terjadi.
Lebih lanjut, ia meminta Badan Pangan Nasional untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan dari praktik pengoplosan ini agar bisa dilakukan langkah antisipatif jangka panjang.
