Rapat RUU Hak Cipta Memanas! Ahmad Dhani Diancam Diusir dari Forum karena Interupsi Ariel-Judika

Momen ini terjadi saat Ahmad Dhani berulang kali menyela pertanyaan musisi Ariel Noah dan Judika.
Rapat yang awalnya berjalan lancar mendadak tegang saat Ariel mulai berbicara.
Ariel saat itu menyampaikan keresahan penyanyi terkait mekanisme izin tampil yang dinilai membingungkan.
Ia mempertanyakan apakah setiap penyanyi harus selalu mengurus izin sebelum tampil.
Bahkan untuk acara kecil seperti pentas seni sekolah atau pertunjukan kafe.
Lebih lanjut, ia ingin agar aturan soal izin tersebut lebih diperjelas.
“Jadi ada pernyataan-pernyataan di mana izin itu harus diperoleh dulu sebelum pertunjukan, dan dulu tuh harus penyanyinya yang minta izin,” kata Ariel di ruang rapat.
Ahmad Dhani yang pindah dari tempat duduk di barisan AKSI ke jajaran DPR langsung meminta berbicara.
Ia menyebut jika isu yang dibicarakan Ariel sudah dibicarakan dalam pertemuan sebelumnya.
Hal serupa juga dilakukan Ahmad Dhani saat Judika menceritakan pengalaman pribadi saat membawakan lagu-lagu orang lain.
Ia menyinggung soal aturan pemberian royalti yang dirasa kurang berjalan efektif.
Pernyataan Judika langsung disela oleh Dhani.
Mendengar hal itu, Ketua Komisi XIII DPR RI Willy Aditya segera mengambil alih pembicaraan.
Ia lantas menegur keras Dhani agar tidak menyela pembicaraan.
“Mas Dhani, saya ingatkan saya pimpinan di sini. Nanti, sekali lagi, kami berhak juga untuk mengeluarkan jenengan dari forum,” ucap Willy dengan tegas.
