Serangan ini sebagai respons keras terhadap gempuran Zionis di Bandara Sanaa.
Dilaporkan pasukan Israel menggempur pesawat pengantar jemaah Haji Yaman menuju Arab Saudi, Mekah.
Beruntung, penumpang pesawat berhasil dievakuasi sebelum dibombardir Pasukan Zionis.
Sementara itu, Juru bicara militer Houthi, Brigadir Jenderal Yahya Saree, mengklaim rudal berhasil mengenai sasaran dalam operasi militer terbaru.
Ia menegaskan bahwa serangan ini merupakan bentuk solidaritas terhadap rakyat Palestina di Gaza.
Dikabarkan sirene serangan udara sempat menggema di Tel Aviv dan sekitarnya hingga memicu kepanikan luas.
Bahkan Yaman berjanji akan melanjutkan blokade udara terhadap Israel hingga agresi dan pengepungan di Gaza dihentikan.
Adapun peringatan maskapai internasional agar tidak beroperasi di Bandara Ben Gurion, Israel.
