JAMBI, KOMPAS.TV - Seorang polisi ditemukan meninggal dunia di Asrama Brimob Batalyon A Pelopor, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Polisi masih menyelidiki penyebab kematian yang diduga bunuh diri.Bripda DA ditemukan dalam kondisi tak bernyawa di sebuah kamar di Asrama Brimob Jambi pada Jumat (18/07/2025) lalu.
Peristiwa terungkap saat rekan korban membangunkannya untuk mengikuti apel pagi, namun tak ada respons.
Rekan korban pun mengintip dari jendela dan melihat korban sudah meninggal dunia.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan sementara, tidak ditemukan tanda-tanda kekerasan di tubuh korban. Polisi masih melakukan penyelidikan untuk mengungkap kasus ini.
Jenazah Bripda DA sudah dimakamkan di kampung halamannya di Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi.
