Sebanyak 26 perkara dikabulkan, dengan 24 di antaranya diwajibkan melakukan pemungutan suara ulang (PSU).
Adapun sebanyak sembilan perkara ditolak, sementara lima perkara tidak diterima.
Mengutip Tribunnews, sejumlah alasan dibeberkan hakim MK ketika membatalkan hasil Pilkada 2024.
Diketahui MK mendiskualifikasi calon Bupati Pesawaran, Aries Sandi Darma, lantaran keabsahan surat keterangan pendamping ijazah (SKPI) dianggap tidak sah.
Mahkamah memerintahkan KPU untuk menggelar pemungutan suara ulang (PSU) Pilkada di Pesawaran.
Sementara itu, MK juga mendiskualifikasi pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Mahakam Ulu, karena terbukti melakukan pelanggaran terstruktur, sistematis, dan masif (TSM).
Paslon tersebut terbukti membuat kontrak politik dengan ketua RT di Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu.
Selain itu, MK membatalkan keputusan KPU Kabupaten Serang Banten dan memerintahkan pemungutan suara ulang (PSU) di seluruh TPS di Serang.
Hal itu terkait cawe-cawe yang dilakukan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi, Yandri Susanto, yang dinilai menguntungkan salah satu paslon.
Yandri diduga telah mengarahkan kepala desa untuk mendukung paslon tersebut.
Lantas, MK menilai tindakan itu merusak kemurnian suara pemilih.
