PLO | Tổng thống Biden đưa ra lời cam kết đặc biệt đối với Ukraine tại hội nghị thượng đỉnh NATOHội nghị thượng đỉnh NATO đã khai mạc tại Washington D.C., Mỹ vào ngày 9/7 với sự tham gia của các lãnh đạo từ nhiều quốc gia thành viên. Tổng thống Mỹ Joe Biden đã công bố cam kết cung cấp thêm hệ thống phòng không cho Ukraine, trong đó bao gồm các máy bay chiến đấu đánh chặn.
Ông Biden và các lãnh đạo từ Đức, Ý, Hà Lan, Romania, cùng với Tổng thống Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, đã phát đi tuyên bố chung, cam kết cung cấp thêm các hệ thống phòng thủ tên lửa Patriot và các hệ thống phòng không chiến lược khác cho Kiev.Điều này được xem là nhằm gia tăng sức mạnh phòng thủ cho Ukraine trước các đe dọa từ Nga.
Ông Zelensky đã kêu gọi các quốc gia tham gia hỗ trợ bổ sung về vũ khí, tài chính và chính trị để bảo vệ an ninh quốc gia.
