Nikita dilaporkan oleh dokter Reza Gladys.
Meski terancam hukuman 20 tahun penjara, Nikita justru santai dan bahkan bersemangat menghadapi persidangan.
Lewat siaran langsung di TikTok, Nikita mengklaim bahwa awalnya hanya asistennya, Mail Syahputra, yang dilaporkan.
Namun, entah bagaimana, namanya ikut terseret dalam kasus ini.
Penetapan tersangka Nikita dan Mail telah dirilis oleh kepolisian Polda Metro Jaya pada Kamis (20/2/2025).
"Nah kenapa gue bisa ditersangkakan, ya nanti kita buktikan di pengadilan," tukasnya.
Nikita juga membantah punya hubungan dengan Reza dan menyebut dirinya tak pernah bertemu atau berkomunikasi dengan pelapor.
Dengan gaya khasnya, ia menegaskan bahwa dirinya tidak panik sedikit pun.
