Sono le prime parole pronunciate da Nessy Guerra, la giovane italiana bloccata in Egitto insieme alla figlia minore, dopo aver appreso la sentenza di condanna a sei mesi di carcere per adulterio emessa dal tribunale egiziano.L'ultima udienza si è svolta mercoledì 18 febbraio, chiudendo un iter giudiziario già dibattuto due volte in Procura e in precedenza archiviato. Come ricorda la stessa Nessy, "quest'anno il mio ex marito è riuscito a portarla avanti con testimoni falsi, uno dei quali ha dichiarato di aver commesso questo reato con me e il caso è stato riaperto".L'ex compagno della donna, Tamer – padre di sua figlia – è stato condannato in Italia in via definitiva dalla Cassazione a due anni, undici mesi e ventisette giorni per una serie di reati gravi: percosse, lesioni, stalking, violazione di domicilio, violenza sessuale, furto e truffa ai danni di un'altra ex compagna. Da anni, l'uomo perseguita Nessy e la figlia, intrappolandole in un calvario legale e personale nel Paese nordafricano.La vicenda riaccende i riflettori sulle difficoltà delle italiane all'estero, specie in contesti familiari complessi, e solleva interrogativi sulla credibilità delle prove presentate.
