BANYUWANGI, KOMPAS.TV - Kemacetan panjang kendaraan terjadi di Pelabuhan Ketapang, Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur.
Truk mengantre hingga 3 hari untuk menyeberang ke Bali dan membuat pengiriman barang vital seperti farmasi terhambat.
Sejak 3 hari terakhir, ratusan kendaraan bermuatan barang terpaksa menginap di area parkir dermaga.
Kemacetan terjadi hingga sepanjang 10 kilometer.
Kendaraan pribadi dan bus juga tersendat akibat padatnya lalu lintas menuju pelabuhan.
Penyebab terbatasnya pergerakan kapal di Pelabuhan Ketapang adalah pengetatan operasional pasca insiden KM Tunu Pratama Jaya beberapa waktu lalu.
Saat ini, hanya 6 unit kapal yang diizinkan berlayar. Padahal, dalam kondisi normal, ada 15 kapal yang melayani kendaraan sangat berat, termasuk truk bersumbu tiga.
Sopir truk mengaku sudah 3 hari menunggu di lokasi. Muatan yang dibawa bersifat penting, seperti obat dan barang farmasi, sudah ditunggu di Pulau Bali.
