today’s video, we are making a unique and trending twist on the classic snack Kandhari Egg Bejo! Instead of the usual recipe, this version packs a punch with spicy bird's eye chili (kanthari) masala.
Boiled eggs are slit down the middle and stuffed with a fiery kanthari masala, topped with a dash of chili flakes, fresh lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves.
When we tried this ourselves, it tasted absolutely incredible! We shared it with our neighbors and kids, and everyone gave it amazing reviews. The combination of the spicy kanthari masala, tangy lemon, and chili flakes with soft boiled eggs makes this a must try recipe.
