¿Solución o humillación? Así son las casas contenedores en Cuba

El régimen cubano vuelve a prometer soluciones habitacionales, y esta vez lo hace con… ¿contenedores? En este fragmento del show Hola! Ota-Ola, Alex Otaola analiza con ironía y contundencia el nuevo "plan revolucionario" de viviendas: unas cajas de metal recicladas que más parecen trampas de calor que hogares dignos. La dictadura intenta vender estas estructuras como una alternativa moderna, pero la realidad es otra: condiciones insalubres, sin aislamiento y sin dignidad.

Otaola compara lo que se hace con contenedores en el mundo —diseños funcionales, cómodos, estéticos— con el horror que ofrecen en Cuba: latas sin ventanas, sin baño, sin climatización y con el mismo color oxidado del buque que los trajo. “Eso es una caja china, no una casa”, afirma el activista, advirtiendo además del riesgo que implican estas "casas" en caso de huracanes o tormentas.

Mientras el pueblo agradece lo inaceptable y celebra recibir un "techo", la dictadura se burla de su gente disfrazando la miseria con propaganda. Otaola deja claro que esta no es una alternativa viable, sino una muestra más de la falta de respeto, humanidad y planificación de un sistema fallido. ¿Casas? No. Son jaulas. Y los cubanos merecen mucho más que eso.
