Beach Club Gunungkidul, Bupati Sunaryanta: Saya Belum Terima Izinnya
GUNUNGKIDUL, KOMPAS.TV- Petisi penolakan Beach Club di Gunungkidul memicu pro dan kontra.proyek tersebut dinilai merusak Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst (KBAK) di Geopark Gunungsewu yang dilindungi. Hingga berita ini dibuat sebanyak 58.000 orang telah meneken petisi tersebut.
Diketahui usai peninjauan bakal lokasi Beach Club yang dilakukan Raffi Ahmad dan Bupati Gunungkidul saat tahun 2023 lalu, rencana pembangunan proyek Beach Club di Ngestirejo, Kepanewon Tanjungsari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta belum ada tanda dilanjutkan.
Pada puncak bukit tepatnya di lokasi peninjauan tahun 2023 lalu tidak ada aktivitas pekerjaan proyek dan hanya ada 1 gubuk namun akses ke puncak bukit telah terbentuk walau belum disempurnakan.
Diketahui proyek tersebut menabrak Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 17 Tahun 2012. Menanggapi fenomena ini Bupati Gunungkidul Sunaryanta mengaku belum menerima perizinan apapun dari investor.
Menyoal Kawasan Bentang Alam Karst atau KBAK Bupati Gunungkidul Sunaryanta memberikan penjelasannya.
Bupati bilang, ada lokasi yang dilarang untuk dibangun karena merupakan kawasan lindung, ada pula kawasan yang boleh untuk dibangun. Sebab menurut Sunaryanta perlu adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan untuk masyarakat Gunungkidul.
