Serseri mayınlar ve İHA'lar: Savaş Türkiye sınırına mı dayandı?
Rusya ve Ukrayna Savaşı neden bitmiyor? Avrupa, Rusya’yı kışkırtıyor mu? Yeditepe Üniversitesi Öğretim Üyesi Doç. Dr. Furkan Kaya anlattıUkrayna–Rusya savaşı, tek bir cephede verilen askerî bir mücadele olmaktan çoktan çıktı. Bu savaşın bitmemesinin temel nedeni, tarafların hedeflerinin tamamen zıt olması ve geri adım atmanın her iki taraf için de ağır bedeller doğurması. Rusya, Ukrayna’nın NATO’ya yaklaşmasını kendi güvenliğine doğrudan tehdit olarak görüyor. Kırım ve işgal ettiği bölgelerden çekilmek, Moskova açısından yalnızca askerî değil, siyasi bir yenilgi anlamına geliyor. Bu da Putin yönetimi için iç politikada ciddi bir güç kaybı riski taşıyor
Ukrayna cephesinde ise durum farklı değil. Kiev yönetimi, toprak kaybını kabul edecek bir barış anlaşmasının hem halk nezdinde hem de siyasi olarak meşruiyetini yitireceğini biliyor. Ukrayna için savaş, yalnızca toprak değil, bağımsızlık ve gelecekte Batı ile bütünleşme meselesi haline gelmiş durumda. Bu nedenle “ateşkes” bile birçok Ukraynalı için geçici bir tehdit olarak görülüyor. Batı’nın rolü de savaşın uzamasında belirleyici. ABD ve NATO ülkeleri Ukrayna’ya yoğun silah ve mali destek sağlarken, doğrudan savaşa girmeyerek çatışmayı kontrollü biçimde sürdürüyor. Bu denge, Rusya’yı tamamen kazandırmıyor ama Ukrayna’nın da kesin zafer elde etmesini engelliyor. Sonuçta ortaya ne barış ne de net bir sonuç çıkıyor
Öte yandan savaş ekonomisi devreye girmiş durumda. Savunma sanayileri, yaptırımlar, enerji dengeleri ve küresel güç mücadelesi bu çatışmayı besliyor. Bu nedenle Ukrayna–Rusya savaşı artık yalnızca iki ülkenin değil, yeni dünya düzeninin nasıl şekilleneceğini belirleyecek uzun soluklu bir güç mücadelesine dönüşmüş durumda
