(00:00:51) Energy Sharing in Deutschland erlaubt
Ab heute ist es in Deutschland offiziell erlaubt, Strom mit den Nachbarn zu teilen. Energy Sharing heißt das. Die Idee: Haushalte mit Solar-Anlage können ihren überschüssig produzierten Strom innerhalb der Nachbarschaft weiterverkaufen. Ein neues Gesetz macht das möglich. Allerdings gibt's bei der Umsetzung noch ein paar Hürden. Die technische Infrastruktur dafür steht noch nicht und auch bei Stromnetzbetreibern gibt's noch offene Fragen.

Immer mehr Autofahrer haben sogenannte Dashcams in ihren Auto. Die Aufnahmen der Kamereas sollen im Streitfall helfen, zum Beispiel bei Unfällen. Aber nicht in jedem Fall darf man die Aufnahmen einfach nutzen. Es gibt zwar Dashcams, die erlaubt sind, aber einfach so ohne Weiteres darf man sie nicht benutzen. Dabei geht's vor allem um Datenschutz. Und: Im Zweifel kann man sich sogar selbst mit Aufnahmen belasten.
(00:11:19) Guter BMI = körperlich gesund?
Der Body-Mass-Index sagt etwas über das Verhältnis von Größe und Gewicht aus. Ein BMI im Norm-Bereich bedeutet aber nicht automatisch, dass man körperlich gesund ist. Manche Menschen sind schlank und entwickeln trotzdem Diabetes, andere leben mit Übergewicht ohne größere Probleme. Eine Studie zeigt, dass der sogenannte metabolische BMI diese Unterschiede besser als der herkömmliche BMI erklärt. Den metabolischen BMI kann man allerdings nur im Labor bestimmen lassen.
