Solution 1 — Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
Go to Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters
Click Windows Update → Run
Apply the recommended fixes
Restart your PC
Solution 2 — Repair System Files (SFC & DISM)
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
sfc /scannow
After it completes, run:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart your PC.

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptsvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
