Video tersebut Bobby menghentikan truk berpelat BL asal Aceh.
Maksud menantu Jokowi itu agar truk itu mengganti pelat menjadi BK agar bisa beroperasi di Sumatra Utara (Sumut).
Yakni, dengan tujuan agar pajak kendaraan dapat masuk ke kas daerah Sumut.
Menurut Ferdinand, menantu Presiden ke-7 RI itu
tak memahami soal pemerintahan.
Ia menekankan, tidak ada aturan di Indonesia yang melarang kendaraan berpelat daerah tertentu beroperasi di wilayah lain.
Ferdinand menyebut, jika Pemprov Sumut ingin mendapatkan nilai tambah dari kendaraan luar daerah yang beroperasi penuh di wilayahnya, semestinya dibuat aturan Pergub atau Perda soal retribusi jalan.
