Penangkapan dilakukan setelah polisi menemukan adanya tindak pidana dalam video yang tersebar di media sosial pada Kamis (2/10) malam.
Dalam video tersebut, pelaku tampak berani menantang sejumlah polisi wanita saat proses penarikan kendaraan berlangsung di depan Ruko.
Saat kejadian, pelaku tengah menarik satu unit mobil milik debitur yang menunggak cicilan tanpa surat resmi dari pihak leasing
Aksinya memicu keributan di lokasi hingga akhirnya mendapat peringatan dari pihak kepolisian.
Namun pelaku justru melawan dan mengancam aparat dengan sikap arogan di depan umum.
Kini pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan di Mapolres Tangerang Selatan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Kabar ini dikonfirmasi oleh Kasatreskrim Polres Tangerang Selatan, AKP Wira Graha Setiawan, Minggu (5/10).
Dari hasil penyelidikan, pelaku terbukti melakukan tindak pidana dalam proses penarikan kendaraan milik kreditur.
Berdasarkan bukti tersebut, L kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dijerat dengan Pasal 335, 212, dan 216 KUHP terkait ancaman kekerasan terhadap aparat.
Lantas, Polres Tangsel menegaskan akan terus menindak tegas setiap aksi premanisme yang mengganggu ketertiban dan melawan aparat.
