"Die Ukraine geht als einer der Gewinner aus dem G7-Gipfel hervor", sagt Ex-Nato-General Erhard Bühler. Die Amerikaner würden die Ukraine wieder mehr unterstützen. Präsident Trump spreche davon, dass Russland den Krieg beenden solle. Früher habe er das von der Ukraine gefordert. Die G7 hätten sich auf weitere Sanktionen gegen Russland verständigt. Und die Unterstützung durch europäische Staaten für die Ukraine sei ungebrochen. Auch die aktuelle militärische Lage entwickle sich positiv für das angegriffene Land. "Die Ukraine riegelt die russische Armee in der Ukraine immer mehr vom Nachschub ab", so Bühler im Gespräch mit Host Tim Deisinger. Die russische Frühjahrsoffensive sei schon im Ansatz gestoppt worden. All diese aktuell positiven Entwicklungen könnten sich aber auch umkehren, warnt Bühler. Russland habe durchaus noch Optionen.
