Tersangka Andika Ahid Widianto nekat menghabisi istrinya, RNA gara-gara cemburu.
Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lilipaly dalam rilis pada Selasa (2/7/2024) mengatakan, Andika menuduh korban berselingkuh dan hamil dua bulan.
Peristiwa ini bermula saat pelaku dan korban melakukan hubungan suami istri.
Selanjutnya korban memegang ponsel miliknya, dan membuat tersangka curiga.
Keduanya terlibat cekcok karena korban membantah tuduhan tersangka.
Andika yang gelap mata kemudian mencekik korban dan menjatuhkannya ke lantai.
Korban yang tak berdaya kemudian dipukul sebanyak dua kali hingga mengalami pendarahan hebat di kepala.
Adapun tersangka langsung ditangkap polisi tak lama setelah memberitahukan kejadian nahas ini ke orangtuanya.
Saat ditangkap, tersangka pasrah bahkan meminta matanya ditutup.
Kini atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan 45 ayat 3 UU nomor 23 tahun 2004 dan juga pasal 338 KUHP tentang pembunuhan.
Pelaku pun terancam penjara selama paling lama 15 tahun.
