Antonio #DiPietro, icona di #ManiPulte e ex ministro, conferma con forza il suo sì al #referendum sulla giustizia del 22-23 marzo 2026. Nelle ultime interviste di febbraio, ribadisce: questa riforma dell’ordinamento giudiziario è “necessaria e non berlusconiana”, per separare davvero giudici e pm.
Di Pietro usa una metafora calcistica: “I giudici sono arbitri, i pm giocatori: non possono stare nella stessa squadra”. Spiega che dopo la svolta accusatoria del 1989, serve completare la separazione delle carriere per garantire terzietà del giudice e indipendenza del pm. “Il CSM va der lottizzato: sorteggio per eleggere i togati è il minore dei mali contro il clientelismo”.
Rifiuta però paragoni con Silvio Berlusconi: “Voleva pm sottomessi all’esecutivo; qui art. 104 e 112 restano intatti, magistratura autonoma come voluto dai Costituenti”. Poi aggiunge: “Da liberale, voto sì per un giudice terzo. Mani Pulte indagò tutti, anche la sinistra”.
Non risparmia critiche ai no: “Non rispetto chi racconta panzane, tipo che questa riforma frena i magistrati. Al contrario, li rafforza”. Partecipa a dibattiti e ha fondato un comitato pro-Sì, sfidando anche pro-no come D’Alfonso: “Arbitri e giocatori separati, punto”.
Teme astensione: “Sotto il 50% è sconfitta peggiore del no. La fiducia nella giustizia è crollata dal 97% di Mani Pulte a sotto il 50%: cambiamola, o resta com’è”.
Poi, la stoccata a chi parla di allarme autoritarismo in caso di vittoria del sì: "Ne parlano Ranucci e Gratteri? In questo caso l'autoritarismo è una truffa politica!".
