SPK Tasfiye Kararı: Tera, Pusula ve Para Piyasası Fonları | Haftalık Bülten #22
SPK 17 Eylül'de yedi portföy yönetim şirketinin TEFAS'taki bütün fonlarını alım satıma kapattı; listesini verdiği 130 fon için de tasfiye kararı aldı. Bu bültende sadece bu konuya, para piyasası fonlarında neler olduğuna ve bunun bize nasıl dokunabileceğine baktık.Para piyasası fonları yılbaşından bu yana %25,5 büyüyüp yaklaşık 3,18 trilyon TL'ye ulaştı; KKM'den çıkan para garanti görünen yeni bir yuva arıyordu. Yılbaşında faaliyette olan 138 fonun medyan getirisi %30,95 iken PRY %39,84, TP2 %39,37 getirdi ve kurucuları Pusula Portföy ile Tera Portföy bu fonlarda iade ödemelerinde temerrüt açıkladı. Medyan getirinin yaklaşık dokuz puan üstündeki bir getirinin başarı değil risk işareti olduğunu, "Güvenme, teyit et" ilkesini ve sorumluluğu başkasına atmamayı konuşmaya çalıştık.
Tasfiye listesindeki fonlarda 520.874, listede olmayıp işleme kapatılan 96 fonda 412.778 yatırımcı hesabı var; toplam 933.652. Tasfiye listesinde Eylül'deki fiyat kaybının %98,6'sı 100 veya daha az hesabı olan fonlarda yazıldı; riskin çoğu ise listedeki yarım milyon hesapta bekliyor. Hisse teminatlı ters repoya, TLY ile TP2 arasında birebir eşleşen dokuz teminat kalemine, yani paranın haritasına baktık.
Bulaşmanın henüz akışta değil fiyatta olduğunu, üç senaryoyu ve piyasaya olası etkisini de konuştuk. Baz senaryoda portföy raporu okunabilen 114 fonun toplam değeri son açıklanan fiyatlara göre %29,4 daha düşük çıkıyor; bu gerçekleşmiş bir kayıp değil, bir senaryo. Aceleci davranmak yerine sabırlı ve dikkatli kalmayı, sermayenin çok ürkek olduğunu unutmamayı önemsiyoruz.
