60 MINUTES PURE AVIATION - AIRBUS A380 CROSSWIND LANDING, B787 Go Around ... (4K)
60 Minutes pure aviation today with an Airbus A380 crosswind landing at Amsterdam Schiphol. An A380 of Emirates can be seen arriving on the famous Polderbaan at Schiphol while lots of spectators were watching the crosswind action. The pilots managed to land the plane perfectly on the runway. The following planes had a few more difficutlies and a Boeing 787 of KLM had to initiate a go around.Right after the KLM another Airbus A330-200 of Turkish also had to go around due to the strong wind gusts. Both aircrafts landed at Schiphol during their second landing attempt.
