How well does Panther Lake stack up against AMD competitors Strix Point and Strix Halo? Rather well actually, to the point where we decided to stack up Intel's exciting new mobile silicon against entry-level desktop GPUs, with intriguing results.
Necessary caveats: while we expect the reference laptop to show retail-class performance, these are NOT final benchmarks. Intel gave us completely free rein on what we tested in terms of gaming benchmarks, but didn't give the go-ahead for CPU-based tests (eg CineBench).
