Este Bizcocho en sartén, sin gluten, sin Azúcar, Sin Edulcorantes, sin lácteos y extremadamente deliciosa!!

Postre de 4-6 porciones pequeñas | Sartén o molde de 16-18 cm
Ingredientes
- Base 2 bananas cortadas en rodajas
- 45-50 g | 1/2 Plátano triturado
- 2 Huevos
- 4 cdas/40 g de Harina de Arroz o Avena
- 4 cdas/40 g de Almendras molidas o mas de harina
- 2 cdas de Cacao en polvo
- 1 cdita de Polvo para Hornear
Cocción Sartén 8-12 min a fuego bajo
Horno 180 ºc por 12-15 min o Freidora de Aire
🔥 Cocinar entre 8-15 min a fuego bajo en sartén o por 15-20 min a 180 c en el horno o Freidora de Aire. * Hacer la prueba del palillo para saber si esta totalmente cocinada a los 8-10 min.
*La textura del bizcocho es tierna, jugosa, aireada y el sabor a piña hace la magia en este bizcocho delicioso.
Se conservan en un recipiente en la nevera hasta por 1 semana o en el congelador hasta por 1 mes, pero te durará 1 minuto en cuanto la sirvas en la mesa.
