In questo video vediamo tutto quello che c’è da sapere: cosa cambia per i clienti italiani, come funziona la migrazione per chi ha già un conto, cosa devono fare invece i nuovi clienti, come vengono gestite tasse, plusvalenze, minusvalenze, quadro RW, crypto ed ETP.
Con il regime amministrato Scalable Capital diventa sostituto d’imposta: calcola, trattiene e versa direttamente le imposte per conto del cliente, occupandosi anche dell’imposta di bollo e degli altri adempimenti fiscali.
Vediamo inoltre l’arrivo dell’IBAN italiano, cosa succede durante la migrazione del conto, perché il trasferimento NON rappresenta un evento fiscalmente rilevante e soprattutto come comportarsi con il 2026 se si è stati per una parte dell’anno ancora in regime dichiarativo.
Occhio anche al tema minusvalenze: quelle accumulate nel regime dichiarativo non vengono automaticamente trasferite nel regime amministrato e rimangono quindi due compartimenti separati.
Parliamo infine della gestione fiscale degli ETP crypto, dei PAC, dell’imposta di bollo e dell’aumento al 2,60% lordo dell’interesse sulla liquidità non investita.
