Penetapan ini membuat kasus tersebut semakin terang meski motif utamanya belum diungkap secara resmi.
Para tersangka terbagi dalam empat klaster dengan peran berbeda.
Mereka terdiri atas dalang perencanaan, tim pengintai, kelompok penculik, serta eksekutor dan membuang jasad korban.
Meski sudah ada 15 tersangka, polisi mengakui penyidikan belum tuntas.
Jejak digital korban, komunikasi internal bank, serta dugaan keterlibatan oknum aparat masih ditelusuri.
Ilham Pradipta diduga merugikan bos elite yang disebut sebagai tokoh berpengaruh.
