Sciopero magistrati, la protesta in tribunale a Milano(LaPresse) Circa 80 magistrati del tribunale di Milano hanno protestato sulle scalinate del Palazzo di Giustizia di corso di Porta Vittoria esponendo copie delle Costituzione e indossando la toga. È una delle iniziative per lo ‘Sciopero dei magistrati in difesa della Costituzione’ lanciato dall’Associazione Nazionale Magistrati. Dopo il flash mob e l’incontro con la cittadinanza, prevista anche un’assemblea pubblica in aula magna, con interventi di professori e avvocati. La riforma della separazione delle carriere “attenta all’equilibrio dei poteri”, ha detto la presidente della sezione milanese dell’Anm, Manuela Andretta. "Nei volantini abbiamo sintetizzato quello che è il contenuto del disegno di legge costituzionale di riforma e i possibili effetti che potrà avere sul sistema normativo complessivo e in particolare su quello che è il cardine dello Stato di diritto, cioè il principio della separazione dei poteri dello Stato", ha spiegato ancora Andreatta. "Noi - ha poi precisato - non abbiamo un'idea preconcetta di contrasto con quello che può essere il potere del governo di proporre riforme costituzionali, noi stiamo criticando un dato tecnico-giuridico".
