KPK Tetapkan 21 Tersangka Kasus Suap Dana Hibah Pemprov Jatim: 4 Penerima dan 17 Pemberi
KPK menetapkan 21 tersangka dari kasus dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) dari APBD Provinsi Jatim tahun 2019-2022. Penetapan stastus tersangka tersebut merupakan pengembangan dari perkara yang telah menjerat mantan Wakil Ketua DPRD Jatim Sehat Tua Simanjuntak."Kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 5 Juli 2024 KPK menebitkan sprindik terkait dugaan adanya TPK dalam pengurusan dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat atau Pokmas dari APBD Provinsi Jatim tahun anggaran 2019 sampai dengan 2022," kata Jubir KPK Tessa Mahardika di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Jumat (12/7/2024).
Tessa juga mengatakan bahwa total pelaku yaitu ada 21 tersangka. 21 Tersangka tersebut terdiri dari 4 tersangka penerima dan 17 lainnya sebagai tersangka pemberi.
