در اسفند ۱۳۴۶، تلویزیون ایران، نخستین تلویزیون خصوصی کشور، گفتگویی تاریخی و کم‌نظیر را با یکی از چهره‌های ناشناخته اما تأثیرگذار تاریخ معاصر ایران ضبط کرد: کلنل کاظم‌خان سیاح سپانلو.
