Hal itu terkait kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina (Persero) periode 2018-2023.
Salah satu tuduhan Kejagung kepada tersangka adalah praktik mengoplos bahan bakar minyak (BBM) jenis RON 90 atau Pertalite menjadi RON 92 atau Pertamax.
Informasi itu disampaikan oleh Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejagung, Abdul Qohar.
"Modus termasuk yang saya katakan RON 90 (Pertalite), tetapi dibayar (harga) RON 92 (Pertamax) kemudian diblending, dioplos, dicampur," katanya saat konferensi pers di Kejagung, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (25/2/2025).
Adapun, pengoplosan itu terjadi dalam pengadaan produk kilang oleh PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Pengoplosan itu dilakukan di depo.
Padahal, hal itu tidak diperbolehkan atau bertentangan dengan ketentuan yang ada.
Qohar berjanji akan buka-bukaan nantinya tentang model pengoplosan setelah proses penyidikan rampung.
