Ia dilaporkan oleh empat putri kandungnya gara-gara persoalan warisan.
Nenek Kannut harus mendatangi Polda Sumatera Selatan dengan kondisi sakit.
Ia memenuhi panggilan Polda Sumatera Selatan menggunakan kursi roda pada Kamis (27/6).
Nenek yang tinggal di Kecamatan Alang-alang Lebar, Banyuasin itu dilaporkan atas dugaan pemalsuan dokumen.
Nenek Kannut diduga melakukan pemalsuan dokumen terkait jual beli tanah peninggalan almarhum suaminya.
Direktur LBH Bima Sakti Moh Novel Suwa mengatakan, nenek Kannut menjual tanah tanpa persetujuan anaknya.
Namun Novel mengatakan pihaknya memiliki bukti bahwa penjualan itu sudah disetujui anaknya.
"Hj Kannut ini dilaporkan anak anaknya karena penggelapan hak waris, (Dalam laporannya-red) ibu ini menjual tanah tanpa persetujuan anaknya. Tapi kami punya bukti kalau itu sudah disetujui oleh anak-anaknya," jelas Novel.
Nenek Kannut terpaksa menjual tanah itu untuk biaya pengobatannya.
Selain itu tanah itu dijual untuk biaya kepengurusan tanah warisan karena statusnya masih berperkara hukum.
"Sebenarnya apabila permasalahan ini telah selesai harta tersebut akan tetap dibagikan, dengan catatan yang dibagikan ini tidak ada permasalahan hukum,"katanya. (Tribun-Video.com/Sripoku.com)
