Indian Chief’s SHOCKING statement at UBC + Liberal censorship bills coming
WATCH THE FULL EPISODE: https://www.junonews.com/p/carneys-stolen-majority-new-censorshipOn today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice starts the show by discussing the big news stories of the day: including that Time Magazine named Prime Minister Mark Carney as one of the top 100 most influential people of 2026, calling him a “rock star” and “the George Clooney of finance.”
Beyond the ridiculous puff pieces in the U.S. media, the Canadian political landscape is looking much more bleak. Candice discusses the by-elections and floor-crossings that gave the Liberals a majority government earlier this week and how it’s an absolute assault on our democratic system government.
To add insult to injury, Liberal-appointed Senators made it clear yesterday that the Liberal Government will introduce new censorship laws, including a law to criminalize asking questions about Residential Schools or questioning the fake news narrative about the 215 unmarked graves. Heritage Minister Marc Miller confirmed that the government will use its majority to push through more censorship bills.
And while the government tries to criminalize free and independent thinking, they turn a blind eye to the radical violence on the left. Candice shares a clip from a UBC Faculty of Medicine event where Indian Chief Charlene Belleau openly calls for violence against Professor Frances Widdowson.
In the clip, Belleau clearly says “I wish that our people could grab you, drag you over to the Kamloops Residential School, put you into the basement, speak our language to you, beat you, rape you, hurt your and maybe you would understand what our people went through.”
And yet, the Liberal government wants to criminalize our speech. Wild times.
Candice is then joined by Juno News co-founder Keean Bexte for an exclusive discussion for Juno News Premium subscribers. They discuss the false majority, incoming censorship bills, and the consolidation of power inside the Liberal caucus room.
They also discuss some of the biggest Juno News stories – including our most viral video ever (with over 150 million views), the behind-the-scenes story of the BC Conservative debate and BC Premier David Eby slamming Juno News with insane defamatory remarks just hours before the debate. Finally, they talk about our April Fool’s Day joke and how it landed.
Thank you so much to our Premium Subscribers for making this all possible!
