Hotman Paris Minta Jokowi Beri Atensi Khusus Kasus Vina seperti Kasus Sambo: Mudah-mudahan Mendengar
TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Pengacara kondang Hotman Paris meminta Presiden Jokow Widodo dan Menkopolhukam Hadi Tjahjanto turun tangan untuk mengawasi kasus pembunuhan Vina.Hotman meminta pemimpin negara memberikan perhatian layaknya kasus pembunuhan Brigadir J yang dibunuh Ferdy Sambo.
"Dengan konpers ini mudah-mudahan sampai Bapak Presiden Jokowi juga mendengarkan ini, Menkopolhukam mendengarkan, agar benar-benar kasih perhatian seperti kasus Sambo, itu makanya kita lakukan ini," kata Hitman kepada wartawan di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, Rabu (29/5/2024).
Terlebih saat ini Polda Jawa Barat menghilangkan dua nama DPO dalam kasus Vina yaitu Andi dan Dani.
"Kok tiba-tiba hanya ada waktu dua minggu disidik ulang, membalikkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah berbulan-bulan diputus, hasil persidangan, itu yang kita keberatan. Kalau dibilang belum ketangkap masih bisa diterima, karena memang sudah 8 tahun tidak ketangkap," jelasnya.
Hotman mengatakan, BAP dari tujuh orang pelaku kemudian dicabut atas saran orang tertentu.
Sebelumnya Polda Jawa Barat merilis tiga DPO dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina.
Namun setelah Pegi Setiawan ditangkap, polisi menyebut dua DPO lainnya hanya asal sebut.(Tribun-Video.Com)
