TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Anggota Brimob yang menjadi sopir kendaraan taktis (rantis), Bripka Rohmat dijatuhi sanksi demosi selama tujuh tahun buntut melindas pengemudi ojek online (ojol) Affan Kurniawan hingga tewas.

Keputusan itu dibacakan dalam Sidang Komisi Kode Etik Polri (KKEP) di Gedung TNCC Mabes Polri, Kamis (4/9/2025) malam.

Komisioner Kompolnas, Irjen Pol (purn) Ida Oetari mengatakan, ada sejumlah hal yang meringankan Bripka Rohmat.

Di antaranya terdapat blind spot atau titik buta pada rantis serta Bripka Rohmat hanya menjalankan perintah dari Kompol Cosmas.

"Yang bersangkutan sebenarnya sudah memiliki sertifikat memiliki keahlian itu. Tapi pada saat melaksanakan tugasnya ada beberapa kondisi di mana yang bersangkutan tidak bisa melihat kondisi real di lapangan, termasuk adanya blind spot di rantis," ujar Ida Oetari.

Sementara Kompol Cosmas yang duduk di samping Bripka Rohmat disanksi Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) dalam sidang KKEP, Rabu (5/9/2025).
