《移工怎麼都在直播》是一本在誠品、博客來都是當月選書的報導文學。
作者江婉琦用三年時間，走訪臺灣各地，深入移工的生活。
這本書沒有血淚控訴，沒有激憤文字，卻讓我看完之後深深感嘆：「原來他們跟我們這麼像。」
我花了一整週，細細品嚐這本書，心想為什麼她能讓一個「邊緣議題」變成「所有人的故事」?原來答案藏在她的三個寫作策略裡：
第一，她不寫「移工很可憐」，而是寫「移工也喜歡《流星花園》」。
第二，她不寫「我們應該同情他們」，而是寫「原來我媽媽也是島內移工」。
第三，她不寫「移工的苦難」，而是寫「移工們每天十五分鐘的相聚時間」。
這三個策略，讓這本書不只是一本「關於移工」的書，更是一本「關於我們自己」的書。
