Fomos levados a acreditar que felicidade é um estado permanente, quase um traço de personalidade. Mas isso simplesmente não existe. Felicidade não é quem você é. É apenas uma reação temporária do cérebro quando a realidade supera a expectativa.
A virada acontece quando você para de perseguir felicidade e começa a construir satisfação com a vida. Satisfação não é emoção. É avaliação. É entender os pilares que sustentam sua existência como carreira, desenvolvimento pessoal, relacionamentos e segurança. Quando um deles está desalinhado, o vazio aparece como um alerta, não como fraqueza.
