Bantahan SYL Disebut Tamak oleh Jaksa di Kasus Pemerasan
Mantan Menteri Pertanian (SYL) Syahrul Yasin Limpo menyatakan dirinya selalu memperingatkan seluruh anak buahnya untuk bekerja sesuai dengan aturan. Hal ini disampaikan SYL menanggapi penilaian jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang menyebut dirinya memeras anak buah lantaran bersifat tamak.“Saya enggak mengerti kata tamak itu. Yang saya coba jelaskan di setiap (bertanya kepada saksi) 'kau pernah dapat perintah langsung enggak (permintaan uang)? Dengar dari mulut saya?' Yang kau dengar dari mulut saya (apa)?” kata SYL saat ditemui usia sidang di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (28/6/2024).
Namun, menurutnya, seluruh anak buah yang dihadirkan jaksa dalam persidangan tidak pernah mendengar secara langsung soal perintah adanya permintaan uang.
“Saya (minta anak buah kerja) dengan SOP harus memenuhi, by digital, dont ever against the law, jangan lewati aturan, no corruption itu dengar langsung,” kata SYL.
