Menko Yusril Tegaskan Pemerintah Tak Akan Bentuk TGPF Kasus Demo Rusuh Agustus

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menko Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi, dan Pemasyarakatan Yusril Ihza Mahendra menyatakan, pemerintah tidak akan membentuk tim gabungan pencari fakta kasus demo rusuh Agustus lalu.

Pemerintah menilai TGPF kasus demo Agustus tidak perlu dibentuk karena sudah ada tim pencari fakta dari berbagai lembaga HAM. Menurut Yusril, Presiden mempersilakan Komnas HAM dan lembaga HAM lain untuk melakukan pencarian fakta dari peristiwa unjuk rasa akhir Agustus yang memakan korban jiwa tersebut.
