MEALS:
Lunch (4 meals):

- 800g lean ground beef (I use 9.5% or 10%)
- 3 carrots
- 1 chili
- 2 mushrooms

First cook the carrots, then mushrooms and lastly the ground beef. Afterwards throw them all together and mix. Add soy sauce, sesame sauce and mirin (add to your own likin, first add a little bit, then taste it and add more if needed. Recipe doesn’t include any salt so this sauce is what makes the flavor pop)

Dinner (3 meals):

- 750g salmon
- 1.5 cups of couscous
- 1 cucumber
- 200g of mini tomatoes
- 150g of feta cheese
- Olives (add to your liking, I like alot)
- Mint sliced and diced (adds some nice freshness to the meal trust)

Marinade for the fish:

- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Chili / paprika powder
- Fresh citrus juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin

Dressing for the meal:

- 3 table spoons of tahini
- Add some water
- Salt
- 1 crushed garlic (no need to be sliced and diced just let it sit in the sauce)
- Fresh citrus juice

First make the marinade for the fish. Apply all over the salmon til it’s fully covered and then throw it into the oven at 225 celcius (cook for 20 ish minutes, check on it every now and then). Second slice all the veggies, feta etc. into small cubes. Third throw the couscous into a bowl and add the same amount of boiling water. Put a lid on top of the bowl and let it sit for 4.5 ish minutes. Lastly make the dressing and enjoy.

Vitality Bowl:

- 250g of greek yoghurt (try to find as lean as possible, the one I use has crazy macros and high protein)
- Organic honey
- Organic ceylon cinnamon
- Frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- Organic granola
- 20g of raisins
- 2 pieces of the darkest chocolate you can eat and still enjoy the meal (for me that’s 86% or 90% dark chocolate)

First put the greek yoghurt into a bowl. Add the honey and cinnamon. Mix well. Slice up banana and chocolate. Throw everything into the bowl and enjoy.
