Polda Jabar Pastikan Hadir di Sidang Praperadilan Pegi di Kasus Vina Cirebon
KOMPAS.TV - Kinerja kepolisian menuntaskan kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky tengah diuji.Pegi Setiawan melakukan perlawanan lewat pra-peradilan atas penetapan status tersangka di kasus pembunuhan Vinda dan Eky di Cirebon.
Besok Senin 1 Juli 2024, sidang praperadilan Pegi digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung.
Sebelumnya dalam sidang perdana praperadilan Pegi Setiawan pada 24 Juni lalu polisi tidak hadir.
Namun Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, Kombes Jules Abraham Abast memastikan, Besok (1/07/2024) pihak kepolisian akan hadir.
