El presidente chino, Xi Jinping, sostuvo conversaciones con su homólogo polaco, Andrzej Duda, quien se encuentra en Beijing con motivo de una visita de Estado a China. Xi afirmó que los lazos entre China y Polonia se han desarrollo con firmeza, especialmente desde que ambos países establecieron, hace ocho años, una asociación estratégica integral. Asimismo, dio la bienvenida al mercado chino a los productos agrícolas polacos de alta calidad y llamó a mejorar la cooperación en áreas como el comercio, la agricultura, la economía digital, las industrias verdes y la energía verde. Por su parte, Duda expresó que la iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta ofrece importantes oportunidades de desarrollo para Polonia y recordó que su país tiene en alta consideración la historia y la cultura de China, y sus contribuciones a la paz y al desarrollo globales. Duda también reiteró que su Gobierno se adhiere al principio de una sola China.
