Il presidente del Senato su X pubblica un video in cui il leader diAzione racconta un aneddoto che lo riguarda: «La Russa mi dice `l'unico busto che ho è quello di Augusto ́. Io gli rispondo `no, quello è l'imperatore Tito! ́. Non sapeva neanche di chi era il busto. Il problema di La Russa non è il busto di Mussolini, è che non sa che busto ha al Senato». Il video va avanti con la replica di La Russa che - con il busto in questione tra le mani - esclama: «Poteva essere chiunque tranne Tito, perché l'imperatore Tito aveva i capelli e questo» busto «non li ha». «L'immagine precedente fa vedere tutti i busti che ho al Senato - esordisce il presidente del Senato -. Non c'è quello che vi aspettate ma ce ne sono tantissimi. Uno di questi ha attirato l'attenzione del senatore Calenda» di cui «ho moltastima». Motivo per cui «ho voluto verificare se mi sbagliassi io e ho scoperto che poteva essere chiunque tranne Tito, perché l'imperatore Tito aveva i capelli e questo non ha».«Approfondendo le ricerche - prosegue - ho capito che con molta probabilità è come dicevo io: è un busto che raffigura l'imperatore Augusto. Oppure Traiano, gli interpreti sono in dubbio tra Augusto e lui. Approfondendo ancora, pare chel'autore, il noto scultore Giuffrè, non volesse rappresentare nessuno in particolare ma lo stereotipo di un imperatore romano. Qualsiasi imperatore, escluso Tito perché quello aveva i capelli. Quindi mi spiace, Calenda, ti sei sbagliato - dice La Russa rivolto al leader di Azione -. A meno che tu non abbia voluto intravedere una somiglianza tra questo busto e Lotito (non l'imperatore Tito), quello potrebbe essere».Calenda ribatte a sua volta su X: «Io punto su Tito o Vespasiano.
