Pegawai DPR Diimbau WFH karena Ada Demo Buruh Hari Ini, Ahmad Sahroni: Kita Gak Mau Pulangnya Ribet

Pasalnya, akan ada demo buruh yang dipusatkan di Gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta pada Kamis (28/8/2025) hari ini.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, Sahroni menjelaskan, mereka tidak ingin ada orang-orang di DPR yang terjebak tak bisa pulang.
Kondisi ini sempat terjadi ketika demo pada Senin (25/8/2025) yang berujung ricuh.
"Susah keluar kayak kemarin. Pulang ribet, ke mana-mana susah. Makanya diimbau untuk WFH," kata Sahroni.
Sementara itu, Sahroni mengimbau kepada demonstran agar menjaga ketertiban.
Dia memastikan DPR setuju dengan tuntutan para buruh, mulai dari penghapusan outsourcing hingga kenaikan UMP.
"Imbauan saya, sebagai pimpinan Komisi III, jaga damai. Bahwa demo ini disalurkan aspirasinya secara bijak," imbuh dia.
Adapun demo hari ini rencananya akan diikuti oleh 10 ribu buruh yang berasal dari Jabodetabek.
Presiden Partai Buruh Said Iqbal mengatakan, pihaknya akan menyuarakan lima tuntutan kepada DPR.
Selain di Jakarta, demo juga digelar serentak di berbagai daerah Indonesia seperti Bandung, Surabaya, hingga Makassar.
