El despertar de los insectos

Este jueves marca el tercero de los 24 términos solares del calendario lunisolar chino, conocido como Jingzhe, o “Despertar de los insectos”. Este periodo del año señala el momento en que muchos animales e insectos que hibernaban comienzan a despertar con la llegada del clima más cálido. Jingzhe también es un momento clave para los agricultores, ya que marca el inicio de importantes actividades agrícolas de primavera. A medida que las temperaturas aumentan rápidamente en gran parte de China, también crecen las horas de luz y las precipitaciones, creando condiciones favorables para el crecimiento de los cultivos. Durante Jingzhe existe además la costumbre de comer peras, que pueden consumirse crudas, al vapor, en jugo o hervidas. Debido a que el clima todavía es relativamente seco en esta época, se considera que las peras ayudan a aliviar la garganta, hidratar el organismo y nutrir el yin del cuerpo. #wh #CulturaChina
