Dasco menerangkan bahwa hal ini dilakukan demi melindungi hak nasabah sekaligus mencegah potensi penyalahgunaan rekening tindak pidana seperti judi online.
“PPATK justru ingin melindungi rekening-rekening nasabah yang diduga dormant. Karena rekening nasabah yang dormant itu tetap dikenakan biaya administrasi, tapi bunganya tidak diberikan. Itu hak nasabah yang tidak diberikan,” kata Dasco di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (31/7/2025) malam.
Dasco juga menyebut bahwa terdapat indikasi bebrapa rekening dormant digunakan dalam aktivitas ilegal. (TribunVideo.com)
