JOIN THE DISCORD: https://discord.gg/p2ShsvW5ArHere is my 10 gram Orea Z1 recipe! This is what I've arrived at to maximize clarity and dynamics with a low dose in this brewer.

Attempting to type the recipe out:
10g to 160g ish ~2 min tbt
92-95C and keep kettle off/decline temp. If you're hitting astringency drop temp a few degrees. You need to be grinding finer to compensate for the lower dose.
1. Dump 40-60ml and max melodrip out so finish this within 10s
2. At 1 min pour at pour 2-3ml/s to maintain a small water column on top and keep pouring to see the column of water become clearer and clearer. Stop at desired ratio but I like 160-170. Taste and then you can determine if you want to go shorter or longer.
For the 2nd pour you can also just go purely based off visuals and see when the column of water becomes almost clear (like chaff tea) and pull it off. For some coffees this is going to happen a lot quicker and in my mind that = you've extracted most things. If that then results in a brew that is too "compacted" you can always just add bypass to dilute since then "concentrate" you brewed has almost all of the good stuff in it extracted anyway.
