오늘은 처갓집 슈프림치킨 느낌을 최대한 살려서 직접 만들어봤어요!
결론부터 말하면… 진짜 말도 안 되게 맛있었어요!!
튀김옷은 겉은 바삭하고 안쪽은 촉촉하게 살아있어서
첫 한 입부터 너무 만족스러웠고
소스가 실제 슈프림치킨과 완전 똑같은 맛은 아니었지만
그 나름의 비슷하면서도 다른 매력이 있어서
오히려 더 색다르게 즐길 수 있었어요

저는 원래 이렇게 진득한 타입의 소스를 좋아하는데
오늘 만든 소스는 식었을 때 먹어도 튀김옷이 눅눅해지지 않고
오히려 약간 쫀득쫀득하게 붙는 양념치킨 느낌이라 너무 좋았어요
이 식감이 진짜 중독적이라 먹으면 먹을수록 더 손이 가더라구요😋

그리고 무엇보다…
밥이랑 너무 잘 어울렸어요!!!
달달·고소·살짝 짭짤한 소스가 따끈한 밥에 스며들면서
밥 한 숟가락에 치킨 한 조각 올리면 그냥 끝..
평소보다 밥을 더 많이 먹게 되는 건 어쩔 수 없었어요.
완전 밥도둑 조합🍚✨

아! 오늘 치킨무가 집에 없어서 쌈무를 곁들여 먹었는데
이게 또 의외로 잘 어울려서 깜짝 놀랐어요.
상큼함이 느끼함을 싹 잡아줘서 계속 먹게 되는 꿀조합이더라구요🥰
